A Bit About Me

I am a finance professional with a strong background in asset management, specialising in derivatives trade management, DC pensions strategy, and client relations. Currently working as a Derivatives Analyst at Invesco, I have also supported major growth initiatives within the DC pensions market, helping to win multi-billion-pound mandates. With a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from Regent’s University and a proven track record of research, relationship management, and process optimisation, I bring a detail-oriented and analytical approach to everything I do. Passionate about investments, market innovation, and building meaningful professional connections, I am committed to continuous learning and contributing positively to the financial services industry.

My Background

April 2025 - Present

Sept 2024 - May 2025

Sept 2023 - Sept 2024

Derivatives Analyst. Focused on global trading workflow, responsible for overseeing trade processing, confirmations, clearing, collateral management, and reconciliation. Often exercising independent judgment while researching and resolving time-critical inquiries and risk-sensitive issues. Developed an advanced level of derivative knowledge while working with a range of vendors, traders, PMs and brokers.

DC Sales Strategy & Client Associate. Working closely with the Head of DC to help build and execute a new DC team and strategy from the ground up. I was directly involved in supporting high-value mandate pursuits, including RFI, DD and RFP responses, and contributed to growing a £22 billion AUM pipeline, with £10.2 billion successfully won over two quarters. My role combined detailed market research, strategic insight development, and operational streamlining to enhance client onboarding and campaign effectiveness.

My greatest achievement to date was the end to end work on the People's Pension fixed income mandate which resulted in Invesco appointed as People's Pension, the second largest DC master trust fund (£31bn), strategic fixed income manager. This mandate covers £8bn from day one across IG credit, HY, EMD and US/UK government bonds.

UK Pensions & EMEA Consultant Relations. I supported third-party client engagements and helped drive business development initiatives across key pension and consultant channels. My responsibilities included managing RFI, RFP, and DDQ submissions, organising client outreach events and summits, and conducting market and fund research focused on DC pensions and investment trusts. .
